Touch Telford is a community project set up by the people of Telford, for the people of Telford

The project has grown out of the Cinderloo 1821 group set up to investigate the events of 200 years that had largely been ignored in the writing of the areas history

The project was started through a series of walks and connections made through social media of people interested in different parts of the towns history that have been forgotten or ignored as part of the development of the new town 

The project aims to gather together exhibits and places across the whole of the Borough that show us a long view of history and that give glimpses of what the future might hold
